I'm Ready!

So I ask the question are you ready? Are you ready to come to Christ and be Saved, Set Free & Delivered? Are you ready to leave the old you behind? To start living for Christ like you've never  lived before?  I want to welcome those of you who want to Give your heart to God to receive him as your Lord and Savior and those of you would like to rededicate your life back to God to continue reading this blog. By the end of this Blog you will have had given your life/ heart to God and start a fresh and a new.

Romans 10:9 (KJV); That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

John 3:3 (KJV);  Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

When you say the Salvation prayer it's a rebirth. You are asking God to come into your life and not just come into your life but the HEAD of your life. You must confess with your MOUTH that Jesus Christ is Lord, and not just say it but truly believe it! God knows your heart so if you don't mean it believe you me he knows.

Salvation is the "permission slip" to enter heaven when you leave this world.

 Salvation takes place when a person listens to the salvation message, believes it, and makes a decision to receive Jesus into his or her heart.

When you make the decision to  give your HEART, MIND, BODY, SOUL to Christ (Salvation Prayer) there are steps that you must follow :

1. Acknowledge in your heart that Jesus is Lord.

2. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord.

3. Believe that Jesus died for your sins and was raised three days later.

4. Repent of your sins and get baptized in the name of Jesus 

Prayer of Salvation:

Heavenly Father, I come to You now, I acknowledge You as God, Creator of Heaven and Earth. Heavenly Father, I confess that I am a sinner, I have sinned against you.I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is Your Son and You sent Your Son on Earth, and he was born of a virgin. I believe that Jesus Christ is the one true sacrifice for my sins.I believe that Jesus Christ was crucified on a cross as a sacrifice for the sins of this world, sins which have blinded me and separated me from You. I believe, Heavenly Father, that You sent Jesus Christ to personally die for me and my sins.I believe Jesus Christ, Your Son  took upon Himself all of my sins and the sins of all mankind.I believe Jesus, who knew no sin, became sin for me that I may receive Eternal Life.I believe Heavenly Father, You raised Jesus Christ from the dead and He is alive and well, seated at Your Right Hand in Heaven. I now repent (turn) from my sin and choose to follow and obey Christ Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I ask you Jesus Christ to be the Lord of my life and lead me in all areas of my life. I receive you Lord Jesus as my Lord and Savior with all my heart and believe that you are My King and My God.Lord fill me with you Holy Spirit, and use my life as a willing vessel. Heavenly Father I ask that my life will glorify You.Thank You Heavenly Father for my salvation by faith in Christ Jesus and the Truth of Your Word, in Jesus' Name.

I've prayed the prayer of Salvation now what? If you prayed the prayer of Salvation and truly meant it and truly want to live a God ordained life I would like to welcome you to the Family you are a child of God, a NEW creature, NEW you, NEW everything. God Loves You and  I Love you as well. The next steps are for you:

• Tell someone else about your new faith in Christ.
• Spend time with God each day. It does not have to be a long period of time. Just develop the daily habit of praying to Him and reading His Word.
• Ask God to increase your faith and your understanding of the Bible.
• Seek fellowship with other followers of Jesus. Develop a group of believing friends to answer your questions and support you.
• Find a local church where you can worship.

                                                    One last Thing: (Ending Point)

I would like to say one more thing just because you've repented, gave your life to Christ/ accepted him into your heart as your Lord and Savior, that does not exempt you from Hell.You MUST continue to live Holy and Righteous. It's great that you took that step and acknowledge that God's way is the best, but if you go back to what you use to do ( drinking, smoking, cursing, fornication, hate, unforgivness, pornography,....and the list goes on) your not pleasing God and therefor your just hurting yourself. We are held accountable and must walk in holiness and righteousness at all times.

Romans 10:26(KJV); For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

Romans 1:21-22 (KJV); because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.  Professing to be wise, they became fools.

James 4:17 (KJV);  Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

It's not going to be an overnight thing where you get saved and made perfect.  As long as you are truly trying and willing to stay focused and draw closer and closer to God that's what God see's. God knows when you're being fake and when your genuine so don't try to pull the wool over His eyes ( he is way smarter than you think). He also knows your end from the beginning.
